Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

California residents may have additional statutory rights under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and other California consumer protection statutes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Orange County, California.
